Collection: Shipping Policy

We have put a lot of focus on making sure orders get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
Verification
A confirmation email or message will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your requests.
Processing
It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Delivery Time
Orders will be shipped from the warehouse on the second business day after the order is placed. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. The warehouse does not operate on weekends or U.S. public holidays. If you ordered multiple products, you may receive multiple shipments.
Shipping Method
We do not accept requests for specific shipping carriers. Orders are shipped using the most suitable logistics network for the destination, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Delivery Area
We only deliver to the contiguous United States. Due to high shipping costs for large boxes, we do not currently support delivery to Canada, Australia, Europe, and other regions.
